Thank you for your interest in our services. We are currently experiencing a high number of requests for appointments and are now limited in terms of being able to take on new customers. Please note during busy times we may not be able to answer the phone, so please send a text, what's app or email. We will get back to you as soon as possible and we thank you for your patience.
Please fill out a new customer form and also send your request for an appointment
in writing either by email, text or whats' app. We will reply to you as soon as possible if we have an appointment available. The current wait time for an appointment is 6 weeks (may vary depending on the time of year) but is subject to change due to possible cancellations we may receive.
In order for us to be as productive as possible and to ensure the welfare of your dog is maintained to the best of our ability, we promote returning to us on a regular schedule. The schedule will be advised as per your expectations in terms of the look you want for your dog, taking into consideration their coat type and lifestyle. If we have not seen you in 6 months or more since your last visit you will need to reapply as a new customer.
Please be on time for your appointment. If you think you are going to be 15 minutes late or more, please contact us to let us know. Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment without letting us know (with a reasonable explanation) will have their appointment cancelled and will be charged 100% of the appointment cost and marked as a no show. Any future appointments can be cancelled at managers discretion. You will not be offered future appointments where your missed appointment has not been paid for along with a deposit for your future appointment.
For insurance reasons, we will not be able to cater for your dog where a form has not been submitted. This is not an online booking form so please remember to contact us for an appointment after filling out the form This form creates a file here for your dog and is secured privately in our password protect database.

We ask that if you can not make your appointment for any reason that you please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid fee's associated with late cancellations and rescheduling.
